Since its beginning in 2015 MAAA’s practice has consistently grown and expanded. In order to address the demands of its expanding operations MAAA always considers qualified candidates who wish to join its team of litigation professionals.

ATTORNEYS
MAAA offers experienced attorneys an efficient and established infrastructure that allows them to focus on their legal practices, and offers motivated young attorneys the opportunity to develop and hone their litigation skills, to develop their writing techniques and obtain trial and appellate experience.
salary
Base salaries and benefit packages are competitive and commensurate with experience. MAAA offers bonus programs which provide attorneys with the opportunity to significantly increase their compensation levels.
Candidates
Those wishing to work at MAAA are expected to be motivated and energetic. Attorney candidates should have some litigation experience and those admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey are preferred.
lAW STUDENTS
MAAA also offers law students who are in the evening programs of local law schools and are available to work full-time, the opportunity to develop practical legal skills while still in school.
location
Attorneys may be assigned to MAAA’s Manhattan office or to its Nassau County office. As MAAA is expanding the scope of its New Jersey practice, attorneys may also be assigned to MAAA’s New Jersey office that is expected to become operational in the very near future.
