As an associate attorney at MAAA, Oyinkansola is primarily engaged in cases involving construction accidents, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents.
While attending law school Oyinkansola served as a Legal Intern at the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office. She also served as a Law Student Intern for the Center for Social Justice, Family Law Clinic - a public interest law firm that provides legal assistance to the underprivileged and underrepresented.
Oyinkansola began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for Honorable Patrick J. Bartels presiding at the Family Division, of Trenton County Superior Court. After being admitted to the New Jersey Bar she became an Assistant Prosecutor in the Domestic Violence Unit, at the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office. After leaving the Passaic County Prosecutor’s office she has been practicing in the area of Criminal Defense and Litigation.
Oyinkansola also volunteers with different non-profit organizations: Start Out Fresh Intervention Advocates (S.O.F.I.A.), which provides advocacy, supportive services, and referrals for temporary housing to women and children who are at risk of domestic violence; For Girls Only Organization, which provides ministry to girls in a safe and accepting environment; and Habitat for Humanity, which helps families build and improve places to call home.
Oyinkansola is a member of the American Bar Association, Garden State Law Association, and National Lawyers Guild.
