As an associate at MAAA, Joe primarily litigates defense matters involving premises liability.

Prior to joining MAAA, Joseph was practicing law for fifteen years and has litigated civil matters before courts and administrative agencies in New York City, as well as Westchester, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess County. He has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation, at both the trial level and on appeal, in cases arising from commercial and real estate transactions, landlord tenant relationships and accidents involving personal injury and property damage.

Joseph is a member of the Westchester County Landlord-Tenant Counsel and the Yonkers Lawyers’ Association.
