As a partner at MAAA, Michael is primarily engaged in the defense of cases involving premises liability, municipal liability, construction accidents and the New York State Labor Law.
Since graduating law school, Michael has represented clients in civil cases in New York State courts, and in alternative dispute resolution venues. He has litigated cases involving complex legal issues, and has tried numerous cases to verdict.
Michael has served as adjunct professor of business law at Hofstra University Zarb School of Business, and as an instructor at Hofstra University’s paralegal program. He has served as general counsel for the Long Island Auto Body Repairmen’s Association. He is a charter member of the United Construction Industry Association of America. He is a Committeeman for the Board of Elections in Suffolk County, New York.
